Do yourself a favor and READ! We have a rulebook (/rulebook get) and signs at the main world spawn which have a ton of information you'll enjoy reading.

Info:

1. Basic Players get 2 web protections and 2 home points
2. You're given a kit and a rulebook when you join
3. Money is EASY:
    Kill zombies (1$ per kill)
    PVP Win (5$)
    /rpgsell (Sell stacks of items from your inventory)

4. Do /warp to see all the places you can warp!
5. To use a web simply right click the ground with it in hand
6. Use the cannons at spawn to get to freebuild where you can use a web
7. Use the spider eye (right click) to see who owns a block
8. Feeling slow? use /gc to see the server stats (its probabily YOU)
9. Dont beg!
10. Be respectful, treat others as YOU want to be treated
11. Do NOT grief, if it is not yours leave it alone! (Ban)
12. Dont Cuss! (Kick and or Mute/Jail)
13. Dont Advertise (Ban)
14. Have FUN!

We do not tolerate: Griefing, Hacked Clients, Cheating, Chat Spamming. Any form or harassment or manipulation of the players for ANY REASON!, Stalkers / Pedophiles (Your account info and IP will be forwarded to the FBI) Advertising of others games or servers and Swearing (Children play this game, that's enough of a reason) Will get your account Banned. Donors are NOT allowed to give out spawned items at all. This upsets the game economy and will get you jailed or banned. There are NO REFUNDS if you break these rules!


The Breaking of ANY of these rules is a bannable offense. I don't care how much you donated, you break these rules we WILL ban your account
until the end of time.

If you get killed PVP and you loose your items, we will NOT replace them, also no exp will be given back. We have items you can purchase to prevent this. There is no reason why we would replace anything from a PVP loss, so don't even ask.If you get griefed and robbed, and I see your location was not protected, we will NOT replace your items. And if it was, we will NOT replace anything until we discover who did it. If you have a question, in game, use /modreq <question/comment>. If you yell for a mod, admin or owner in chat you will be ignored, repeated actions will get you time in jail or a temp ban. If you advertise another server in chat or by sign, it is an instant ban, no questions asked.

ALL MODS are to report to RPGStaff and are to follow his directions or they will be removed. Mods will not replace anything, nor do they have permission. They will NOT give you anything, don't ask. Mods MAY kick, Jail or Temp Ban, but also must detail the event to BODUZAPHO via the website messaging system, or THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM STAFF. If you advertise another server or website you will be kicked and hurt. If you cuss you will be kicked. Neither is allowed on the server! Mods will not BAN anyone, if they do THEY will be Banned. Nothing a MOD tells you is considered by the owner to be 100% reliable. So unless BODUZAPHO tells you, do not take it as fact.


This server only allows CJB or Zombe Client Mods, If you get caught with any other client mod you will be BANNED INSTANTLY

License
Purchases or other acquisition (we may award "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items or Donor Accounts  or Donations in general in game) such as in connection with promotions or tournaments, of "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game or Donator Accounts or Donations in general) provide only a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use such "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) to access Content that we expressly make available for use with "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) ("Service(s)") for your personal non-commercial use. Other than as expressly set forth herein, purchases of "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) and Content are final and non-refundable and you are not entitled to a refund of any unused "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) or Content.

Terms
Once "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) is redeemed for Content such Content is not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) or any other Virtual currency or Virtual items in game, or for cash or other goods or services. If you order Content that becomes unavailable before it can be provided to you, your only remedy is to receive a refund of your purchase price in "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game).

Price
The price payable by you (the "Price") is the price indicated on the applicable website for these Services. If you are resident in Europe or another foreign country, the Price does not includes any applicable VAT or other applicable sales and use taxes and you may be charged an additional amount as required by local laws. We reserve the right to change the price and specifications shown for any Content which shall become effectively immediately upon such change.

Purchases
When purchasing "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) or Content, you agree to pay us the applicable charges for your purchase(s), using a valid charge card or other payment method we may accept in accordance with the billing terms and prices in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. All sales of "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game) and/or Content are final.

Cancellation or Suspension
We can cancel or suspend your access to "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game), Content, the Services or your RPGminecraft Account, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, if, at our sole discretion.

Termination of Services
We have the absolute right to offer, manage, regulate, modify and/or eliminate "Gold" (Virtual currency or Virtual items in game), the Content and/or the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time, without any liability to you.
